Jaime Durell is a licensed REALTOR® serving New Hampshire and Vermont with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty. Since becoming licensed in 2019, Jaime has closed more than 130 transactions totaling over $55.6 million in sales volume throughout the Upper Valley and Lake Sunapee regions. 

A longtime Upper Valley resident, Jaime combines deep local market knowledge with a diverse professional background that helps clients make informed real estate decisions. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she worked at a civil engineering firm where she gained familiarity with land use considerations, development processes, and local building-related matters. She also spent more than a decade in customer service, restaurant operations, marketing, events, and business management, eventually serving in leadership roles overseeing teams, operations, and client experiences.

Jaime's approach to real estate is built on communication, organization, and strategic problem-solving. Prior to real estate, she also worked with a local wealth management firm, helping clients navigate long-term financial planning and goal setting. That experience continues to influence her perspective that buying or selling a home is often one of the most significant financial decisions a person will make.
